Saint Willibrord Press is a historic publishing ministry founded in 1967 by Bishop Karl PrĂ¼ter, a pioneering voice in the Free Catholic and independent sacramental world. The Press exists to preserve, publish, and make available works related to the Free Catholic Movement, the Old Catholic tradition, and the wider Autocephalous Sacramental Movement.
For more than half a century, Saint Willibrord Press has helped keep alive the theological, liturgical, historical, and devotional writings of communities often overlooked by larger religious publishers. Its work is rooted in the conviction that these small sacramental traditions carry a rich and necessary witness: catholic in faith, free in conscience, generous in spirit, and committed to the living presence of Christ in the world.
Today, Saint Willibrord Press continues this ministry of memory and renewal, serving clergy, religious communities, scholars, students, and seekers who wish to understand and participate in the Free Catholic tradition.
